Yes. Thanks to the EU Block Exemption Regulation, independent workshops may carry out service and repairs without voiding your manufacturer warranty — provided we use OEM or equivalent parts and follow factory spec. That is exactly what we do.
Always. After diagnosis or inspection we discuss what is needed and give a clear price indication. Work only starts after your approval. Unforeseen issues are discussed before proceeding.
Cash, card and bank transfer. For larger repairs we are open to discussing instalments in consultation with workshop management.
For passenger cars in Spain: first inspection at 4 years, then every 2 years up to 10 years old, and annually from 10 years on. Motorbikes and commercial vehicles have different schedules. Not sure? Give us a call, we will check for you.
You usually have 2 months to fix the defects and return without a full re-inspection. We repair quickly and can book the retest for you if you want. With our pre-ITV we avoid failing in the first place.
We standardly serve Altea, L'Alfàs del Pi, Benidorm, Calpe, Polop, La Nucía and surrounding villages. For longer distances or vehicle relocation we offer custom quotes — give us a call.
During opening hours typically 30–60 minutes, depending on distance, traffic and time of day. For highway emergencies we try to prioritise and coordinate with the large assistance network you may be signed up with.
We work with all major Spanish and European insurance companies. For bodywork claims we handle the paperwork so you only need to drop off the car.
