Scope
These terms apply to all workshop and towing services provided by Pérez Escortell S.L. to private and business customers.
Quotes
Quotes are issued after vehicle inspection and are valid for 30 days. Unforeseen work is discussed beforehand and only carried out with your approval.
Payment
Payment is due on vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies to parts. Labour is covered for 3 months or 3,000 km (whichever comes first).
Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the work concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Alicante.
