Utility van — full engine rebuild
A 310,000 km van got a new lease of life for a second career.
The challenge
A local entrepreneur wanted to keep his van rather than replace it. Compression loss, oil consumption and a ticking valve indicated serious wear.
Our solution
Engine removed and stripped, pistons and rings replaced, valve seats reworked, timing belt and water pump included. All per factory spec with genuine parts.
The result
The van runs like new again, compression within factory margins. Owner saved tens of thousands of euros versus replacement.
