Renault Clio — endless ABS fault codes
Intermittent ABS warnings no scanner could explain.
The challenge
A newer Clio with an ABS light that came and went. Two dealers had replaced a sensor with no result. Customer was frustrated.
Our solution
Rather than trust the scan we printed the wiring diagram, physically checked each loop and found a broken wire at a chassis pass-through where the protective sleeve had worn through.
The result
Wire replaced and re-sleeved. ABS system stable since — now 12 months on.
